While growing up all I ever wanted to do was to work with horses but after two horrendous work experience placements I found that this wasn’t all I thought it would be and decided that I ought to start paying attention at school. I then realised that I was quite good at business studies so studied this at college and university. I then worked my way through a variety of jobs including retail, importing, marketing, finance, operations, training and some random things in between. I get bored easily and like to be kept very busy, I also love variety and knew that I wanted to work in an organisation where I could make a difference.

Thats when I saw an advert for a business and logistics manager of a charity called Attik Dance, having no knowledge of dance I hoped that my varied career/skill set would stand me in good stead and luckily they must have thought so too.  Attik has opened a whole new world to me, I get to meet amazing people and I am fortunate to work in an organisation where my personal development is as important to the organisation as it is to me. There is certainly plenty of variety too.
