Attik 360

Attik 360 is a programme of dance for adults with and without disabilities. The project allows dancers to explore their own creativity, individuality and encourages the dancers to discover new and exciting ways of moving their bodies in a safe and supported environment. We also offer performance opportunities, training opportunities and progression routes for the dancers.

Attik 360 Open Class
This is a creative, fun dance class, where we stretch our bodies, dance together and explore movement. The classes are for adults with physical and learning disabilities who like dance, music, meeting new people and trying new ways of keeping active. Everybody is welcome!

Attik 360 Create
This is an inclusive creative dance class for disabled and non disabled adults. We welcome students, professionals and anyone who enjoys dance. This group also forms the Attik 360 Dance company and also involves one of projects and performance opportunities.  To see a short clip of Attik 360 create, scroll through the images above.

Attik 360 Dance Company
Attik 360 Dance Company is an inclusive company for adults with and without disabilities. This company comes together to create work for performances. If you are interested in Attik 360 Dance Company, come and join us in Attik 360 Create.

Inset training
We can offer in house training for support staff and carers within day centres. Our dance practitioner will come and work with you and provide basic training in dance activities that you can run within your centre. These exercises will be based around encouraging individuality, building communication skills, working with others, creativity, and to improve fitness.

Dance Workshops
You can book one of our experienced dance practitioner to come into your centre or care home to lead a fun, creative and accessible dance session. We tailor our sessions around you and we love to get people dancing.

Moving Sounds

This is a sensory movement session for adults with server and profound disabilities.  The session is creative, working with live music, movement, light, and props to create a stimulating experience for all the participants.

Play Space

Attik 360 Play Space: Tuesday 2.30-3.30

Play space is a place where dancers can approach Attik to develop own creative ideas.  This may be a choreography, film, or performance project and may be a solo project or involve other dancers.  We will also train dancers in their teaching skills to help assist in the open sessions.  We will offer meeting and mentoring time in this space, as well as advice for funding and progression routes. This could also be a space to plan sessions and move!
